Your enquiry
When you submit the consultation form, your name, email address, optional phone number, topic, message and contact consent are sent through FormSubmit to Vijay’s designated Gmail inbox. Vijay uses this information to respond to your mortgage-related enquiry. This permission does not sign you up for marketing emails. The website does not maintain its own enquiry database.
Email delivery service
FormSubmit processes the form to deliver it by email and states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Its spam checks may use Google reCAPTCHA and cookies. FormSubmit and Google/Gmail process information under their own policies; this website does not promise Canadian-only processing or storage. See the FormSubmit privacy policy, submission retention information and Google privacy policy. You can call Vijay instead of submitting this form.
Appointment bookings
The appointment button opens Google Calendar. Your name, email, phone number and meeting preference are collected there and shared with Vijay’s Google Workspace calendar at info@mortgagebird.ca to arrange your consultation. Google sends a confirmation and calendar invitation; your confirmation contains a cancellation link. Booking does not subscribe you to marketing.
Google processes booking information under its privacy policy. The website does not embed the calendar, send your chat history or store booking details. Please enter contact information only, without financial documents or identification. You can call Vijay instead.
Sharing documents
Do not include sensitive identification, banking information or financial documents in the website form. We’ll discuss an appropriate secure channel if documents are required. Mortgage applications involve separate collection, consent and disclosure processes through Mortgage Alliance and relevant providers.
Mortgage calculators and emailed copies
Calculator estimates run in your browser. Inputs are not sent to us unless you choose “Send me a copy.” If you do, your email address and the calculation inputs and results shown in the preview are sent to our hosting server and through our Google Workspace email account to the address you enter. The email is a requested estimate, not a mortgage application or marketing subscription.
The calculator feature does not create a customer database or automatically copy Vijay on the message. Our email provider may retain sent messages and delivery records under its account settings. The website keeps short-lived, hashed request counters to limit unwanted email; calculation values are not written to those counters. Hosting request logs may also contain technical information.
The email form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated misuse. It loads when the email form is opened and may process technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Automated chat and WhatsApp
The Mortgage Answers chat is an automated guide using prepared general information. It does not connect to a live agent or an external AI service. Questions remain in the current page and are not sent to Vijay, saved in browser storage or added to a website database. Reloading clears the conversation. Please do not enter identification, account numbers or financial documents.
Choosing WhatsApp opens that external service with a general greeting to Vijay at +1 647-687-9911. The website does not attach your chat history or financial inputs. You decide what to send in WhatsApp, which operates under its own privacy policy. You may use the telephone or consultation form instead.
Address and postal-code lookup
When you start the on-page address lookup, Canada Post AddressComplete loads and receives the address text you type and technical request information to provide suggestions. This website does not store these searches or attach them to calculator emails. The alternative external lookup link opens Canada Post in a separate tab. Canada Post operates these services under its own privacy terms.
Website technology
No advertising trackers or analytics tools have been added to this website. The hosting service may process technical information, such as your IP address and request logs, to deliver and secure the website. A private preview may also require its hosting provider’s sign-in.
